The Health Summit was designed to educate brands, partners, and creators on how to set themselves up for success ahead of the Black Friday Cyber Monday season, combining education sessions, an awards ceremony, and structured brand-and-creator matchmaking and networking. I owned end-to-end execution — agency selection, budget, and all logistics approvals including furniture, venue, and catering. The summit drove $1.2M in GMV and brought together 800 creators, 70 brands, and 50 partners.
