At Shoptalk, the goal was acquiring new brands, driving conversion, and building brand awareness through thought leadership. The booth included a session area for mini TikTok Shop presentations, a Genius Bar covering violations, policies, GMV Max, and troubleshooting for existing customers, a product demo area, swag distribution, and meeting pods. I led end-to-end production, determining the onsite presence strategy and working directly with the fabricator on the booth build. The activation generated 1,000+ leads and 250+ meetings.
